CAMDEN SMITH 12U RB OF THE YEAR: BUILT FOR THE TOUGH YARDS

By Valley Life 247Sports Staff

Every team needs a runner who can carry more than the football someone who carries the identity of the offense. In Moreno Valley’s 12U division, that runner is Camden Smith, the Running Back of the Year.

Camden is not flashy. He is not loud for attention. He is built for contact.

A tough, hard-nosed runner, Camden delivers the hit and takes the block. When others step out of bounds, he leans forward. When the defense crowds the box, he welcomes the challenge. His style is physical, fearless, and relentless.

POWER WITH PURPOSE

Camden runs with heart. He lowers his pads, keeps his feet moving, and fights for every inch. Short yardage, goal line, late-game situations he is the one coaches trust when the team needs a first down.

But what truly separates Camden is his selflessness. He blocks for teammates, celebrates others’ touchdowns, and does the dirty work that doesn’t show up in the stat sheet.

He cares about the team.He cares about the mission. He cares about winning.

THE VOICE OF THE HUDDLE

Camden is a vocal leader. He holds teammates accountable, pushes them to be better, and sets the tone with effort. He is serious about his craft and hungry to improve every chance he gets. He doesn’t chase praise he chases progress.

EXCELLENCE ON AND OFF THE FIELD

Off the field, Camden takes school seriously and understands that discipline applies to every area of life. He sets goals. He works toward them daily. He strives to get better every day, both as a student and as an athlete.

BUILT FOR THE FUTURE

Camden Smith represents what the Moreno Valley RB of the Year award stands for: toughness, leadership, and heart. His story is still being written but his impact is already undeniable.
