VALLEY LIFE 247SPORTS ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION

This page applies to the VALLEY LIFE 247SPORTS mobile app published by Valley Life. You may use this page to request permanent deletion of your app account and associated personal data without reinstalling the app.

How to request account deletion

1. Send an email from the email address connected to your VALLEY LIFE 247SPORTS account.

2. Email: ADMIN@VALLEYLIFEATHLETICS.COM

3. Use the subject line: DELETE MY VALLEY LIFE 247SPORTS ACCOUNT.

4. Include your full name, the email address connected to the account, and this statement: I request permanent deletion of my VALLEY LIFE 247SPORTS account and associated data.

5. We may ask for limited information to verify that you own the account. Do not send your password, government identification, Social Security number, or payment-card information.

What will be deleted

After ownership is verified, Valley Life will permanently delete the account and associated personal data controlled by Valley Life, including the member profile, name, email address, profile information, app preferences, and member-submitted content where applicable.

Removing the app from your phone does not delete your account. You must submit the deletion request described above.

Information that may be retained

Some limited records may be retained only when required by law or reasonably necessary for tax and accounting obligations, payment disputes or chargebacks, fraud prevention, safety, enforcement of agreements, or legal claims. Retained information is restricted to what is necessary and kept only for the applicable required period. It is then deleted or irreversibly de-identified.

Processing time

Valley Life will complete the Wix member-data deletion process within 48 hours of receiving a valid request. If the account cannot be matched to the information provided, we will contact you promptly for the limited verification needed to complete the request. A confirmation will be sent to the registered email address when the account and associated data have been permanently erased.
