2026 SEASON ARCHIVE | Game played October 2, 2026 | Retrospective recap compiled October 25, 2026. Record immediately after this game: 5-1.

Valley View’s offense produced 448 yards in a 37–28 win over JW North on October 2, lifting the Eagles to 5–1. Kaden Cooper’s 10-catch performance and Bobby Greer’s three rushing touchdowns gave the victory two clear individual highlights.

Cooper finished with 157 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Robert Dunlap Jr. threw for 279 yards and two scores, also finding Kevins Favors for 52 receiving yards and Dominic DuBois for 39. The passing game gave Valley View a productive complement to its established rushing attack.

Greer ran for 168 yards and three touchdowns. With Cooper producing through the air and Greer finishing on the ground, the Eagles had several ways to create offense against a JW North team that scored 28 points of its own.

The line’s work was prominent in the statistics. Sergio Gonzalez received seven pancake credits, Matthew Castro had two, and the team finished with 14. Rhylen Bailey added two pancakes while also recording six tackles, two tackles for loss and a sack.

Joseph Cuevas led the reported tackle total with eight, and Joey Ward contributed six. This was a game in which offensive production had to be supported by enough defensive work to preserve a winning result. Valley View supplied both, extending its winning streak to three and giving Cooper, Greer and the blockers a performance worth remembering.
