2026 SEASON ARCHIVE | Game played September 25, 2026 | Retrospective recap compiled October 25, 2026. Record immediately after this game: 4-1.

Bobby Greer delivered a 241-yard rushing performance as Valley View defeated Shadow Hills 42–6 on September 25. The Eagles improved to 4–1, combining a dominant individual ground effort with a defense that allowed only six points.

Greer ran for two touchdowns and added 13 receiving yards. His rushing total accounted for most of the team’s 263 yards on the ground, making the work of the ball carrier and offensive front central to the victory. Matthew Castro received three pancake credits, and Jarrett Hollins added two.

Robert Dunlap Jr. threw for 140 yards and three touchdowns and contributed 13 rushing yards with another score. Dominic DuBois caught four passes for 64 yards and two touchdowns. Kevins Favors supplied a 16-yard touchdown reception, while Noah Neri added 32 receiving yards.

DuBois also intercepted a pass, contributing beyond the offense. Jason Viramontes and Aaron Miller recorded interceptions as well. Joey Ward led the reported tackle totals with seven; Viramontes and Zion Ashburn-Wilson each made six and received a half-tackle-for-loss credit.

Valley View’s previous win had featured Dunlap accounting for five touchdowns. This time, Greer’s 241 rushing yards provided the defining individual number. The two results showed an encouraging range of strengths: the Eagles could pair different offensive leaders with consistent scoring support and a defense making plays on the ball.
